Our Story
Larry Goins has been investing in Real Estate for over 30 years. In the past, Larry has served as President (2003 & 2004) of the Metrolina Real Estate Investors Association in Charlotte NC, a not-for-profit organization that has over 350 members and is the local chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association.
Larry is an active coach, mentor and best selling author and travels the US speaking and training audiences at conventions, expos and Real Estate Investment Associations on his strategies for buying 10-15 properties per month without ever leaving his office. He has written several books that can be found wherever books are sold.
Between speaking engagements and mentoring other Investors, Larry oversees the daily operations of The Goins Group, LLC, Neighborhood Housing Group, LLC, and Investors Rehab, Inc. Investors Rehab, Inc. is a real estate investment company that buys, wholesales and seller finances 10-15 properties per month to other investors.
Pam started her career as a kindergarten teacher and moved into managing multifamily properties. She eventually started managing their own portfolio of assets by making hard money loans to investors.
Pam has also worked as a loan processor with Carolina Hard Money, LLC which is owned by Wendy Sweet and her brother, Bill Fairman. Wendy Sweet and Larry Goins were previously partners in another hard money lending business called Financial Help Services, LLC which was started by Larry Goins.
On A Personal Note Pam and Larry have two children, Linda and Noah. They also have two grandchildren, Ember and Keagan. They live in Rock Hill, SC and attend Harmony Baptist Church in Edgemoor, SC.
